Alternative Investments Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Alternative Investments Analyst to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance professionals. You will use your finance expertise to review model outputs, test complex scenarios, and provide structured feedback that improves the AI’s reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present diverse, real‑world problems to challenge the models.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and performance.
• Document clear, structured feedback to guide each new model version.
• Collaborate remotely with the AI development team to refine model behavior.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred, but not mandatory.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD in a relevant field is a plus.
• Only candidates residing in the United Kingdom will be considered.
• Independent contractor willing to work remotely.
