About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Analyst to join the Leveraged Finance Middle Market team in London. You will work alongside senior bankers on a range of debt capital market transactions, supporting corporate clients across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities
- Perform financial modelling and financial statement analysis.
- Determine cash‑flow and asset‑based debt capacity for diverse business models.
- Prepare customized term sheets, capital‑markets and credit approval packages.
- Develop presentation and marketing materials for client and investor meetings.
- Conduct extensive due diligence, industry and product research, and comparable analysis.
Required profile
- Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative client solutions.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Financial modelling.
