Anaplan Support Analyst

About the role

Monzo is looking for an Anaplan Support Analyst to join its Finance & Anaplan Centre of Excellence. You will work closely with the Lead Solutions Architect, Model Builders and the FP&A team to keep the Anaplan platform running smoothly and to enhance our financial planning capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, triage and deliver end‑to‑end Change Requests across Anaplan models.
• Collaborate with the Lead Solutions Architect and Model Builders to build, test and implement new functionalities.
• Design and deliver training sessions and documentation for FP&A and Finance Business Partner users.
• Maintain data integrity, manage user access, monitor model performance and troubleshoot issues.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience supporting and maintaining Anaplan workspaces or models.
• Proven track record handling Change Requests and user support tickets in a Centre of Excellence or similar support structure.
• Functional understanding of Anaplan model architecture and formula building.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for training non‑technical users.
• Solid foundational understanding of finance concepts.

Required skills

• Anaplan (Level 2 Model Builder certification or equivalent highly desirable).
