Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of anti‑social behaviour and hate‑crime cases.
• Investigate complaints, identify solutions and prepare legal documentation.
• Collaborate closely with police, local authorities and partner agencies.
• Attend court proceedings when required.
• Build positive relationships with customers while resolving complex situations.
• Provide advice and support to colleagues on enforcement matters.

Required profile

• Experience managing anti‑social behaviour or enforcement cases.
• Knowledge of court procedures and legal casework.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle a busy caseload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

What we offer

• Hybrid working (Exeter or Weston).
• 37‑hour week on a temporary contract until September 2026.
• Hourly rate of £20.75.
