About the Role
Are you looking to launch your career in Human Resources while gaining a recognized qualification? We are seeking two motivated Business Administration Apprentices to join our dedicated HR team at Middlesbrough Council. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on professional experience with structured learning to build a solid foundation for your future career.
Main Missions
- Provide essential administrative support across various HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Assist HR professionals in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth departmental workflows.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support the delivery of HR services that impact the local community and residents.
- Actively participate in a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship program over an 18-month period.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs with grades 4-9 (or equivalent) in relevant subjects.
- A positive, proactive attitude towards working with people and interacting with diverse teams.
- A strong desire to learn new skills and develop professional employability.
- Commitment to completing the full 18-month apprenticeship program.
- A passion for contributing to an organization that serves the local community.
