About the role
You will support and guide apprentices throughout their journey, ensuring high standards, coordinating programme activities and providing encouragement for success. Building strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining accurate programme data are central to delivering effective apprenticeship outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver apprenticeship programme inductions, progress reviews, training and support services, primarily within Logistics (Hospitality/Catering).
- Collaborate with internal and external organisations to ensure timely delivery of qualifications mandated by the apprenticeship programme.
- Upload all progress reviews, observations, communications and related information to the Management Information System.
- Conduct quality‑control activities for apprenticeships and awards to maintain service standards.
- Provide duty of care for trainees under your supervision.
Required profile
- Experience within apprenticeships (advantageous).
- Coaching experience (advantageous).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and ability to learn an in‑house database.
- Ex‑military background preferred.
- Teaching or assessing qualifications desirable.
