Architect – Associate Track (London)

About the role

A leading London‑based multidisciplinary practice is seeking an ambitious Architect to join their residential team. The role is designed as a stepping‑stone to an Associate position within the next 18 months, offering exposure to high‑profile projects and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver residential schemes through design stages 3 to 6.
• Produce and manage detailed Revit models and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, Residential Standards and the Building Safety Act.
• Collaborate closely with senior architects and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Support technical coordination and quality control across project phases.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of architectural experience on UK residential projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work through design stages 3‑6.
• Strong ambition to progress to an Associate role within 18 months.
• Right to work in the UK with no future visa requirements.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Revit (strong competency required).
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, Residential Standards and the Building Safety Act.
