About the role
As an Area Manager on the night shift at Amazon’s Bognor Regis site, you will lead a team to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations that meet customer demand. You will own shift performance, drive continuous improvement, and act as a mentor for new managers.
Key responsibilities
- Create, oversee, and embed a culture of safety and well‑being across the shift.
- Analyze performance data and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity.
- Lead projects that streamline processes, optimise productivity, and improve service quality.
- Monitor shift performance against business objectives and initiate actions for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior management to standardise shift practices and drive best‑in‑class operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in people management and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to use data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
