Assistant Management Accountant (Part Qualified)

About the role

RAMP Global is seeking a proactive Assistant Management Accountant to join its finance team in Southwark, London. Working directly with the CFO, you will support month‑end reporting, maintain balance‑sheet integrity and provide insightful financial analysis in a fast‑growing technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end close processes and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, supporting decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate balance‑sheet and P&L structures, including group consolidation where applicable.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the finance function.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring finance is integrated with broader business activities.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Part‑qualified ACCA or CIMA (desirable).
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in AI‑driven process improvements.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Xlookup/Vlookup, Sumifs, data analysis).
• Experience with cloud accounting software, preferably Xero.
• Strong understanding of accruals, pre‑payments and double‑entry bookkeeping.
