Assistant Vice President – Corporate Banking Operations

About the role

The Assistant Vice President for Corporate Banking Operations will manage a complex Level‑4 loan portfolio across the EMEA region. This temporary role (until 31 March 2027) involves daily loan servicing, supporting strategic initiatives, and acting as a subject‑matter expert for new products and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process loan transactions accurately and on time, complying with Head Office rules and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate with Service Provider, Marketing, Treasury, Finance and other teams to fulfil operational duties.
• Settle agency fee billing and manage Credit Risk Insurance invoices.
• Provide SME knowledge for audits, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Produce reporting and analysis such as Past‑Due and Risk‑Fee reports.
• Support technology upgrades and strategic initiatives, driving continuous improvement through Kaizen.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of loan administration and current market trends.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a zero‑error mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and customer experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LoanIQ.
• Experience using SWIFT payment systems.
• Familiarity with legal loan documentation.
