Associate – Integrated Strategies Group (London)

About the role

GIC’s Integrated Strategies Group (ISG) is seeking an Associate to join its London team on a three‑year contract. You will work on a flexible investment mandate across public and private markets, supporting the team in sourcing and executing a range of strategic investments.

Key responsibilities

• Support targeted direct origination by region.
• Conduct deal evaluation and execution, including financial analysis, modelling, valuation, due diligence and meetings with management teams.
• Draft and present investment memoranda for the investment committee.
• Assist with legal documentation and structuring of transactions.
• Monitor portfolio performance post‑investment.

Required profile

• Strong academic record demonstrating excellence.
• Relevant experience in investment banking.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in evaluating opportunities across the capital structure.
• Collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork.
• Fluency in another European language is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
