Associate People Partner

About the role

We’re looking for an Associate People Partner to provide broad‑ranging HR support out of our London office. Our London team is primarily Go‑to‑Market, so you’ll get hands‑on exposure to sales and customer‑success managers, commission‑eligible staff, and a scaling revenue organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions across the full employee lifecycle.
• Support GTM managers and employees while remaining the go‑to HR resource for every team in the office.
• Handle employee‑relations matters with sound judgment, escalating to senior People Partners when needed.
• Coordinate and run core HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement surveys.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, and help build People processes as the office grows.
• Support hiring and onboarding logistics in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law in consultation with senior People Partners and external counsel.
• Coach managers on foundational people‑management skills, including guidance for commission plans and quota‑carrying roles.
• Partner with People Partners across the company to align policies and bring a London/EMEA perspective to global programs.
• Contribute to building a strong, connected culture as the office scales.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity, ideally at a fast‑paced or high‑growth tech company.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable being the first point of contact for employees at all levels.
• Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfort with HR systems and basic people data/reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in London.
