Associate Project Manager – Merchants

About the role

The Associate Project Manager – Merchants will work on‑site in Leeds, collaborating with merchant partners and internal teams to plan and deliver vouchering projects for the travel ecosystem. You will coordinate activities, track timelines, and keep stakeholders informed while ensuring smooth onboarding of new merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, track milestones and timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Onboard new merchants, overseeing configuration, testing and integration tasks to meet project schedules.
• Manage project documentation and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to align tasks across airlines, airports and merchants.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and merchant experiences.

Required profile

• Experience with expediting processes, preferably as an Expeditor.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination and monitoring of deliverables.
• Familiarity with inspection activities to support quality assurance and compliance.
• Knowledge of logistics management across airlines, airports and merchants.
• Relevant experience in project coordination or junior project management, ideally within technology, aviation or retail environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and documentation abilities, with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, solution‑focused mindset.
• Degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, project management or a related field is beneficial.

• Proficiency with standard office and project tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software and project tracking systems.
