Audi Trainee Sales Specialist

About the role

Yeovil Audi is looking for a Trainee Sales Specialist to join its team. The role suits someone starting or developing a career with a leading premium automotive brand, with extensive Audi Academy training, certification, ongoing coaching, mentoring and product training.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a memorable first impression
• Understand customer needs and guide them through their Audi journey
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Support sales activities across the showroom, telephone and digital channels
• Learn and apply Audi sales processes and brand standards
• Assist with vehicle handovers

Required profile

• A passion for customer service and people
• Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or sales
• Interest in automotive technology and premium brands
• Full UK driving licence

Required skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, confidence and proactivity
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday 8:30am to 5pm, with a fixed day off every Tuesday and every third weekend off
