Audio Visual, UC & IT Brand Manager

About the role

This role offers a senior‑level opportunity to manage multiple Audio Visual, UC and IT brands for a leading technology distributor. You will drive revenue and profit growth by overseeing vendor relationships, inventory and commercial performance while supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, negotiate and onboard new vendors, aligning them with customer needs and company objectives.
• Manage stock and inventory profiles, forecast demand and optimise levels in collaboration with supply‑chain teams.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, rebates and promotional incentives to maximise profitability.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews with vendors and develop co‑funded marketing initiatives.
• Create and deliver training, sales tools and enablement resources for the sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Managing Directors to ensure effective promotion of all brands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand or vendor management within the Audio Visual, UC or IT sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and make data‑driven inventory decisions.
• Effective communication and training delivery capabilities.
