Audiology Partner – Business Owner Opportunity

About the role

Specsavers is seeking an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the Audiology Partner for an existing store in Darlington. As the partner you will own and run the audiology business, building on an established customer base and clinical team while delivering high‑quality hearing care to the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the audiology team, ensuring clinical and retail excellence.
• Maintain and grow the existing customer database through service quality and community outreach.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including appointments, hearing aid fittings, and after‑care.
• Make strategic decisions to increase revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with Specsavers support offices and retail partners for best practice sharing.

Required profile

• HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Proven ability to combine clinical expertise with business leadership.
• Strong commitment to high‑quality patient care and community service.
