Audiology Partner – Business Owner Role

About the role
Specsavers Staines is seeking an ambitious Audiologist or Hearing‑Aid Dispenser to become an Audiology Partner and co‑owner of an established hearing‑care business. You will lead the audiology side of a thriving store, building on a solid customer base and strong referral flow from the optical division.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Hearcare room and audiology services.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the private hearing‑care model.
- Oversee a full‑time audiologist, administrator and locum network.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and compliance with professional regulations.
- Collaborate with optical partners to maximise cross‑referrals and community outreach.
Required profile
- Qualified Audiologist or Hearing‑Aid Dispenser with experience in a retail or private practice setting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow a business.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team.
- Commitment to serving the local community and building long‑term relationships.

- Base salary up to £50,000 per year.
