Audit & Accounts Senior – Beaconsfield

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join a well‑established accountancy practice in Beaconsfield. You will work with a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, delivering audit and accounts services while building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and assist on audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Prepare statutory accounts for a range of clients.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
• Assist managers and partners with ad‑hoc assignments and client projects.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a UK accountancy practice.
• Strong experience in both audit and accounts preparation.
• Good understanding of UK accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing a varied client portfolio.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• ACA/ACCA part‑qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE) considered.
