Audit & Accounts Senior

About the role

TPF Recruitment is representing a rapidly growing chartered accountancy firm in Beaconsfield. They are seeking a qualified ACCA or ACA Audit & Accounts Senior to deliver audit, accounting and tax services to a diverse client base, with clear progression and career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and review audit engagements for owner‑managed businesses across the South East.
• Prepare accounts, tax returns and advisory reports while supervising junior team members and delegating work.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part‑qualified with solid audit experience gained in a practice environment (Semi‑Senior, Senior or Associate level).
• Experience within a Top‑Tier, Mid‑Tier, Top‑50 or large independent accountancy practice.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams, and proven ability to supervise and organise work.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £42,000‑£52,000 per year, dependent on qualification and experience.
