Audit Senior – Qualified ACA/ACCA Professional

About the role

We are seeking a qualified ACA/ACCA Audit Senior or Supervisor to join a growing regional accountancy firm in Beaconsfield. The role combines 60% audit work with 40% accounting responsibilities, managing a diverse portfolio of UK‑based and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit assignments for clients with turnover up to £60m, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
• Prepare statutory and management accounts and conduct final audit review meetings with directors.
• Supervise and coach junior audit staff on‑site, reviewing their work and setting objectives.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and act as the main point of contact for UK subsidiaries of overseas parents.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA or ACCA, with at least 3 years of audit practice experience.
• Experience managing audit teams and handling both domestic and international clients.
• Degree‑level education preferred.
