About the role
We are seeking a flexible Bank Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team at the Chiswick Park nursery. You will work onsite, supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and creating engaging, educational experiences for children.
Key responsibilities
- Support colleagues in delivering EYFS curriculum through entertaining and educational activities.
- Engage children to promote development towards key milestones.
- Maintain a tidy and prepared environment, including room tidying and preparation.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Full Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children (e.g., Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder).
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
- Strong communication skills with children and adults.
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic nursery environment.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
