About the role

Greene King is hiring a Bar & Waiting Staff member for its Victoria Hotel in Lytham St Annes. The role is part time and permanent, with scheduled weekly hours of 8.0. You will be key to creating memorable moments for customers, whether pouring a pint or recommending the right drink after a long day.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Recommend drinks to customers and act as the insider behind the bar.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers while they dine.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, dealing with issues quickly and safely.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• A passion for great service and a warm welcome for every customer.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team spirit.
