After-Sales & Reservations Coordinator

About the role

An international sports booking platform is looking for a full-time, remote After-Sales & Reservations Operations Specialist to join its international remote team. The role takes complete ownership of the customer journey after a booking is confirmed, acting as the central operational link between clients, golf courses, hotels and resorts. It is a hands-on position focused on operational accuracy and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review hotel and golf course confirmations against booking details (guest names, dates, room types, tee times, inclusions, transfers).
• Turn supplier confirmations into clear, professional confirmation messages for clients.
• Handle client requests such as booking amendments, tee-time changes, room and transfer requests and special enquiries.
• Communicate directly with international hotels, resorts, golf courses and partners to confirm bookings, act on requests and resolve issues.
• Take ownership of booking issues before, during or after a trip and liaise with suppliers for solutions.
• Update internal systems with supplier contact details, rates, policies, stop-sales and maintenance windows.
• Maintain up-to-date rates, promotions and booking conditions, and issue welcome-home communications.
• Follow up outstanding enquiries, help maintain the internal knowledge base and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in travel, managing reservations or working on online booking platforms.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to handle several bookings and enquiries at once.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communicating with global clients and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team, with sound judgement and a responsible approach to technology and AI tools.
