About the role
The Hoxton, Shoreditch is looking for a waiter for its Llama Inn Restaurant. Llama Inn is described as a warm open space with natural wood furniture, tall ceilings and steel beams, serving Peruvian cuisine such as ceviche, lomo Saltado and Cancha, with a Peruvian cocktail and spirit list centred on pisco and wine lists from Spain and Latin America.
You will be the face of the guests' experience, bringing your own style to the table and telling the story of the restaurant, from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality and for creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues
- No pretension: ego left at the door, ready to help get things done
- Open to trying almost everything once and willing to do things differently
- Part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun
What we offer
- Competitive salary up to £16 per hour including tronc
