About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Barbering Lecturer to join our client’s training centre in West London. The role involves delivering Level 1‑3 barbering courses, combining practical workshops with theoretical lessons to equip students with professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Levels 1‑3 barbering programmes.
• Prepare teaching materials and curriculum‑aligned lesson plans.
• Demonstrate cutting, styling and wet‑shave techniques in a practical setting.
• Assess student performance through practical and written evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Barbering and Wet Shave.
• Proven experience working as a barber or barbering instructor.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate learners.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
