Bartender - Llama Inn, The Hoxton Shoreditch

About the role

The Hoxton, Shoreditch is looking for a passionate Bartender to join its team at Llama Inn restaurant. Llama Inn is a warm, open space with natural wood furniture, tall ceilings and steel beams, serving Peruvian cuisine such as ceviche and lomo Saltado, with a creative cocktail menu centred on pisco and a wine list from Spain and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can wind down and enjoy themselves
• Make soft drinks and masterful cocktails that change with the seasons
• Know your products and systems inside out
• Work with the rest of the team to keep the bar tidy and service running smoothly

Required profile

• Previous bar tending and especially cocktail-making experience
• Natural people person, confident behind the bar and excellent with guests
• Passion for hospitality and for creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues
• Not precious, willing to try almost everything once and to work in a supportive, hard-working team
