About the role

This full‑time or part‑time position supports pupils in a primary school in Bognor Regis who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, autism, ADHD, severe learning difficulties or other learning disabilities. You will work closely with teachers and parents to help children achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils.
  • Collaborate with support staff to engage students in class and minimise disruption.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist pupils with autism, SEMH, ADHD, severe learning difficulties and other learning disabilities.

Required profile

  • Outgoing, mentoring manner with a passion for helping children.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and able to think on your feet.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and relationships with pupils.
