Bespoke Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner

About the role

The Fabrika Group is seeking an experienced Bespoke Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to join its workshop team in Chessington. You will work on high‑end residential and hospitality projects, creating custom furniture and detailed joinery using a hands‑on, workshop‑based process.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke furniture and joinery pieces from technical drawings.
• Produce, assemble and finish veneers to exacting standards.
• Operate workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
• Support on‑site installations when required.
• Collaborate closely with a small, skilled team on high‑quality projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinet making or bespoke joinery.
• Strong understanding of veneer manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and overseas.
