Bid Manager – Hard FM

About the role

Artic Building Services is a leading provider of building services solutions, seeking an experienced Bid Manager to drive growth. The role involves leading the bid process from opportunity identification through to winning submissions, working closely with Business Development, Operations and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, events and networking.
• Review and analyse tender documents, develop bid strategies and coordinate the bid team.
• Write, edit and finalise bid documents, ensuring compliance with requirements and accurate pricing.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders to stay informed of upcoming opportunities.
• Track bid performance, manage budgets and keep accurate records of submissions and results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bid management or related business development roles.
• Proven track record of successful bids with a strong win rate.
• Excellent communication, writing and project management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills.
