Biddable Account Director – 3‑Month Contract – £55‑60k pro rata

About the role

The award‑winning indie agency is seeking a Biddable Account Director on a three‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead paid search and paid social for a luxury fashion brand, delivering high‑performance campaigns from strategy through to optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to shape biddable media strategy.
• Manage campaign budgets, performance reporting and ongoing optimisation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery, ensuring campaigns meet client expectations.
• Provide guidance on best practices, testing, performance analysis and recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong agency experience in biddable media, preferably at senior/account‑director level.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end campaigns across paid search and paid social.
• Comfortable handling client relationships and internal stakeholder coordination.
• Experience within luxury, fashion or retail sectors is a plus.
• Available to start immediately or within 3‑4 weeks.
