BIM Manager

About the role

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the BIM process for Defence & Local Government and multi‑disciplinary projects. Reporting to the BIM Team Leader and secondarily to the Technical Director, you will apply your technical expertise within a BIM environment across national and international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships with Project Managers and clients to communicate progress, changes and resolve issues.
• Manage the BIM process and tools on large‑scale, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Contribute to the development of Arcadis BIM policies and strategies.
• Implement and ensure compliance with company and national BIM standards.
• Support the BIM Lead in refining information‑management, quality‑assurance, process optimisation and HR strategies for BIM implementation.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise and experience in BIM environments.
• Experience working on Defence, Local Government, industrial, manufacturing or technology sector projects.
• Ability to collaborate with a UK‑wide team of engineers on projects of varying scale.
