BIM Specialist – Level 4 (Bristol)

About the role

Hoare Lea is seeking a BIM Specialist (Level 4) to lead the production, coordination and management of BIM models across a variety of building‑service projects. Working with minimal supervision, you will ensure that models meet industry standards and project requirements while supporting the wider BIM process.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM models, ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.
• Manage model coordination, model health, clash reporting and space setup, resolving issues promptly.
• Review and support BIM deliverables, external models, change‑review drawings and related documentation.
• Assist with resource allocation, internal and external BIM meetings, and training for Model Managers.
• Contribute to information management, bid support, automation opportunities and continuous BIM process improvement.
• Engage with firm‑wide initiatives, internal events and team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM modelling and coordination within building services.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of industry BIM standards and project requirements.
