Block Property Manager – Croydon to Caterham Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a Block Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties spanning Croydon to Caterham. The role is permanent, offering a blend of remote work and site visits, and includes comprehensive training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Manage budgets, client accounts and financial reporting.
• Oversee building, directors and officers insurance.
• Attend AGMs, directors’ and residents’ meetings and handle related correspondence.
• Process lease breaches, contractor liaison and property sales administration.
• Respond to enquiries and complaints from residents and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in block property management or a comparable social housing role.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised, driven, flexible and self‑motivated.
• Own a car and hold a valid driver’s licence for site travel.
• Available to start in October.
• ATPI Level 3 qualification is a distinct advantage.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £33,000 – £38,000 per annum.
• £3,600 car allowance plus mileage reimbursement.
• 25 days holiday, increasing with service.
• Flexible working hours (9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday‑Friday) with hybrid remote/on‑site arrangement.
