Branch Manager – Residential Sales

About the role

Join King & Chasemore, part of the Connells Group, as a Branch Manager leading the Storrington residential sales team. You will be responsible for driving performance, growing the branch, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic property market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach a high‑performing residential sales team.
• Oversee property valuations, listings and sales negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor branch performance against targets and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
