Branch Manager – Residential Sales Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Gloucester residential sales team at Taylors, part of the Connells Group. In this hands‑on leadership position you will be responsible for driving performance, growing the business and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch’s sales results, setting and achieving targets.
• Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing team of estate agents.
• Value and list properties, build and maintain strong local relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Report on performance metrics and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
