Brand Manager – Foot & Ankle (EMEA)

About the role

As the Brand Manager for Stryker’s Foot & Ankle portfolio across EMEA, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that drive market share, revenue growth, and brand awareness. You will act as the regional expert, shaping product positioning, launch strategies, and educational initiatives for innovative orthopaedic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement annual and long‑term brand strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Create scalable marketing assets, campaigns, and tools that can be localized for maximum impact.
• Partner with local marketing, sales, and education teams to launch new products and manage product life‑cycle phases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Provide performance analysis, brand perception insights, and corrective actions to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate on portfolio development, including new product development, line extensions, and M&A activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand or product management within the medical device or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of orthopaedic or foot‑ankle product portfolios.
• Ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
