Brand Sponsored Partner, Paul Smith

About the role

John Lewis is recruiting a Brand Sponsored Partner for the Paul Smith brand at its Buchanan Galleries store in Glasgow. You will work with colleagues, the Brand and the Team Manager to generate sales and improve the customer experience, while delivering shop standards through displays, stock availability and general cleanliness. The role is permanent, with varied hours of full-time work across seven days including early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent, market-leading customer experiences and put the customer at the heart of everything.
• Proactively acknowledge customers, identify their needs and resolve queries or complaints.
• Ensure customers can engage with the John Lewis brand and the supported brand through personalised and social marketing.
• Keep track of best sellers and sales performance to help drive promotions and newness such as seasonal changes.
• Help create and support marketing events to drive footfall and secure new customers.
• Offer ideas for continuous improvement to maximise productivity.

Required profile

• Basic IT literacy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed but not essential, as training is provided.

What we offer

• Pay of £13.00, rising to £13.25 after 90 days, plus night premium of £3.75 per hour between 22:00 and 06:00.
