Bridging Finance Broker – Property Finance Specialist

About the role

Our client is a multi‑award‑winning property finance company based in London, focused on providing innovative funding solutions for developers and investors. As a Bridging Finance Broker you will support clients through the entire financing journey, from initial enquiry to successful settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients seeking bridging, commercial or development finance.
• Prepare and present tailored financing proposals and manage the application process.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders, conveyancing firms and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track pipeline performance and report on key metrics.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years advisory or sales experience in bridging, development, buy‑to‑let, second charge or commercial mortgage finance.
• Motivated, highly organised and commercially aware.
• Strong verbal and numerical communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• CF1 or full/part CeMAP qualification beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £35‑£50k per annum, dependent on experience.
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £75k‑£125k.
