Business Analyst (Fluent Chinese) – 1‑Year Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with fluent Mandarin and Cantonese to support an international bank’s strategic projects and daily operations in London. The role will involve analysing business requirements, improving processes and supporting system changes across retail and online banking channels. This is a one‑year fixed‑term position working primarily on‑site with a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements for retail and online banking initiatives.
• Review existing workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Assist in project coordination, implementation and change management.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system and process changes.
• Prepare user guides, training materials and other documentation.
• Provide daily operational support to business users.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis within retail banking, online banking or payments.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear specifications.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Excel and preferably PowerBI and SQL.
