Business Analyst – Hybrid – £50k-£55k

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our financial‑services software house in Bath. The role is hybrid, combining client‑facing analysis with close collaboration with development teams to deliver SaaS solutions for leading financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate client requirements into detailed product configurations.
• Work with development teams to ensure technical specifications are met and aligned with the software development lifecycle.
• Produce requirements and integration documentation for new features.
• Write and execute SQL scripts to support implementation activities.
• Provide onboarding, training and ongoing support to clients.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of the software/SaaS sector and experience working with external clients.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
