Business Analyst

About the role

Superdrug is looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the IT team and wider business to identify, develop and implement improvements to technical systems and business processes. You will build a strong understanding of the business, forge productive relationships with key stakeholders and influence project outcomes from design through testing.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and document business processes, workflows and their relationship to current and future software solutions.
• Identify, document and validate integration and data requirements across systems to ensure end‑to‑end solution coherence.
• Partner with business users to capture requirements through interviews, then document and present the results.
• Assist business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimising scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects.
• Analyse the impact of change requests and support traceability from requirements through to QA.
• Help define test plans, testing strategies and create test cases.
• Support the definition of rollout, training and user‑support plans.
• Create or review manuals, procedures and related user documentation, ensuring they are targeted to the appropriate audience.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to build productive relationships with key stakeholders across IT and business functions.
• Experience analysing requirements and proposing functional and system design specifications.
• Involvement throughout development, delivery and testing phases to influence project outcomes.
