Business Analyst – Up to £60,000 (Hybrid, Chippenham)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our technology‑driven team in Chippenham. You will act as the bridge between business operations and development teams, helping to design and deliver scalable solutions in a fast‑moving, production‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organisation.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with operational, project and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Help coordinate project activities and maintain effective communication across stakeholders.
• Contribute to business change, user adoption and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to map, analyse and improve business processes.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting change, transformation or system implementation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
