Business Analyst – Wealth Management (Hybrid)

About the role

Canada Life is seeking a high‑calibre Business Analyst to join its Wealth Value Stream. Working in a hybrid model across London, Watford, Bristol or the Isle of Man, you will help shape and deliver strategic change that drives growth and evolution of the Wealth business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth, Operations, Technology and Change to understand opportunities and business objectives.
• Elicit, analyse and document business, customer and operational requirements.
• Support the development of business cases, solution options and value‑based recommendations.
• Map and improve business processes, customer journeys and operational workflows.
• Work with Product Owners, Value Stream Leads and delivery teams to refine priorities and outcomes.
• Produce high‑quality artefacts such as user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with testing, business readiness and implementation activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Use data and insight to identify trends, validate assumptions and support decision‑making.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, risk and compliance obligations while delivering positive customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability with commercial awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, pensions, investments or other regulated environments.
• Proven ability to work in agile, product‑led or value‑stream settings.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements.
