Business Consultant – Recruitment & Sales

About the role

Irving Knight is seeking a 360° Business Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for niche industry verticals. You will operate as an autonomous mini‑business, sourcing high‑level talent, developing new client relationships and delivering placements across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Source and place senior candidates in sectors such as Alternative Food Products, Lab Equipment, Diagnostics, Cyber Security, etc.
• Generate new business opportunities and build long‑term client relationships from scratch.
• Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates and clients.
• Provide market maps and salary benchmarking to support strategic hiring decisions.

Required skills
