About the role

Join a leading global sustainability and recycling conglomerate as a Business Development Consultant on a graduate programme. You will be based in Farnborough and work within a dedicated B2B sales team, developing new accounts across a defined territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients such as NHS trusts, hotel chains, and major retailers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Participate in a structured, accredited graduate training programme.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or graduate‑calibre candidate with a strong interest in B2B sales.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven and eager to develop a commercial career.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to work in a target‑oriented environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £28,000 – £50,000 plus on‑target earnings.
• £5,500 per annum car allowance, fuel card, private healthcare and pension.
