Business Development Executive – Home-Based (Manchester Territory)

About the role

We are recruiting a Business Development Executive to manage a home‑based sales territory in Manchester. You will meet local business owners, build relationships and promote services that help small businesses grow. The role offers flexibility to work from home while travelling to client meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business owners across the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Represent the organisation at local business events and exhibitions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about meeting people and building relationships.
• Positive, self‑motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Comfortable working towards goals with uncapped commission.
• Ability to quickly build trust and communicate confidently.
• Willing to learn and develop a long‑term career in sales.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
