About the role
Gamma’s Techland division is seeking a Business Development Executive to support its UKI channel ecosystem. You will work with resellers and integrators to drive adoption of Ribbon SBC solutions and contribute to the growth of Gamma’s unified communications portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with UK resellers and integrators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Ribbon‑related sales activities.
- Own incoming service quotes, pipeline partners for new business, and support deal closure with Account Managers.
- Enable partners through accreditation and the Ribbon Partner Portal.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline for the Techland Ribbon business.
- Support commercial negotiations, pricing, and deal structuring.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development, channel or telecom roles.
- Strong communication, organisational and follow‑up skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and delivering forecast accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple partners, quotes and tasks simultaneously.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of SBC/VoIP solutions.
Required skills
- Session Border Controllers (SBC) knowledge.
- VoIP infrastructure familiarity.
- Experience with Ribbon SBC solutions (or similar vendors such as AudioCodes, Oracle).
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
