About the role
This is a remote‑first position focused on driving new business growth for a fast‑scaling SaaS platform in the hospitality technology sector across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build long‑term relationships with hotels, venues and conference centres.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for SMB hospitality accounts in the European market.
- Develop and execute targeted account strategies to generate and convert new revenue opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.
- Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts and lead commercial discussions to closure.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Representative team to optimise outreach and pipeline development.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences, with occasional travel as required.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine regional sales strategy.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, preferably within hospitality tech.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and consistently meeting revenue targets.
- Experience using a consultative or solution‑selling approach in complex B2B environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑first, target‑driven setting.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (German preferred).
