About the role
You will drive revenue growth by identifying, securing and developing new business opportunities across R&D tax services. The position focuses on proactively sourcing cold opportunities, maximising cross‑selling and guiding prospects through a structured business development cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage and grow a high‑quality pipeline across target sectors.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and qualify prospects effectively.
- Present the full suite of innovation and R&D tax services to potential clients.
- Lead the progression of prospects through the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, consultancy or business development roles.
- Background in R&D tax relief, professional services or technical/scientific selling.
- Ability to uncover client needs through insightful questioning and challenge‑based selling.
