Business Management and Sales Graduate Programme

About the role

LSEG's Business Management and Sales Graduate Programme starts in September 2027 and offers a 12-month development journey aimed at building foundational skills for a career in global financial markets. Graduates join one of the trading services (London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise) or LCH, and then enter LSEG's Markets division on a rotational programme. The programme combines Capital Markets and Post Trade businesses and places each graduate in a single team from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Solve problems for FX customers: understand their business goals, maintain customer relationships, keep them informed and handle post-sale activity
• Research and analyse global markets, with a possible focus on debt listings, valuations and shareholder and geographic analysis
• Deliver business intelligence, strategic initiatives and operational improvements
• Work in risk teams, monitoring and analysing risks and interpreting data for risk projects and reporting

Required profile

• Graduate who completed studies in 2026, or a final-year undergraduate or Master's student who will have finished all course requirements by September 2027
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets built through studies, work experience or extracurricular activities
• Curiosity for data and the ability to analyse information, think strategically and propose solutions
• Focus, resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and strong collaboration and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the programme
